OK, I just went out to the garage and checked... looks like im getting 26MPG on the highway at 70-75 with both the stock 71 Square and the 1679 Notch. I know the square is a tad rich with the 73 FI I have on there... which Im planning on switching back to the 71 system soon, and the Notch is set up right but has a slightly bigger engine. SO... Id say 27 is normal for a late Square on the highway at 70, 29 for the lighter early model... especially the 69 with IRS. I think John J is doing better than that...
