Toby is right on the Money here :) Look for other bafoonery in the engine compartment, the 009 is a poor choice in general so you may have to noodle with the timing to get as much of the flat spot out as possible Your real test is gas mileage, problems can be masked by running it rich but engine life will suffer, if your not getting 27-29 on the highway at 70 then its not jetted or set up right.
