It being my first 'real' car show ever I
was somewhat disapointed, I guess I expected an MC or
something to let everyone know who won an event,
raffle etc. Am I missing something? 

For such a large event I figured it would have been
managed better. 


I go to the Florida Bug Jam in Nov.  It is supposed to be the biggest in
the SouthEast.  For the last few years they have had at least 400 cars
entered.
It is also pretty low key.  When it comes time for trophy presentation
they have a little gathering to do that, certainly nothing formal.
Perhaps its just the nature of VW folks.
