This isn't normal, either you have a problem with one of the two systems
(front or rear), or you have a bad switch or electrical problem in the wiring. You
might want to investigate this a little more. By the way, most of these cars
this age need to have the brake hoses replaced due to internal swelling.

Just the standard adjustments you would normally make on your thing.

Here it is a good idea to try and go back to the FI. The reason is that it
works very well, gives the best performance and best mileage. Also this list can
help you get thru anything that goes wrong with it.But, if you don't have all
the parts, keeping the Webers on for now won't hurt either. Besides, it will
allow you to enjoy the car while trying to find what you need so you can
re-install the FI. what you need to do is make a list of what you have (include the
311 part numbers) so we can help determine what you are still needing to put
it back together.

Sorry I can't help you here on this one, as my own doesn't work either. I
installed an electric pump on mine.

Someone here had some for sale about 3 weeks ago. But I think they were black
and he was working on some other colors too.

No problem, thats what this list is for.
