Unless your 1970 was originally sold outside the US, it came from the factory
with EFI. All type 3s sold in the US from 68 to 73 were FI.

Higher port (smaller tube) which is filtered air. The lower port/larger tube is
for the breather.

That's a fuel line going to the cold start valve. This sounds correct. The test
port on 70-73 cars is on the left.

You're right. There's no red line there. Fill it up to that "step" on the
outside.

I'll have to take a look again, but I think that port is always at at about 7
O'clock. It is a larger hose/tube than that used for the AAR. The UR port is
the return for the charcoal cannister, which probably no longer works on any of
our cars.

The emission hose originally entered the charcoal cannister, which on a 70 was
located to the left of the engine near the pressure sensor. The steel line to
that cannister is by now completely blocked inside by rust and is not doing
anything anymore. I recommend removing it and the overflow tank (under the LF
fender, if it's still there) and re routing an overflow/vent hose from the gas
tank to the outside thru the rubber plug at the LF corner of the gas tank.

I'm puzzled by the extra 3/15 port on your AID. Is this by any chance a 72
engine?
