True, I forgot to mention that.  It's definately a 2-person job, but one
that I've found that can be completed with a minimum of cursing :-).  Maybe
it's just my luck, but it seems like even with 2 people this way always
involved less cursing and frustration... it seems more straightforward.

A big piece of plywood and a pair of hydraulic jacks (one big at the rear
for the engine and one small helper at the front for the tranny nose) is all
I've needed.  Basically, you use the helper so you can lower the nose-end in
a civilized way, then lower the rear jack all the way so the piece of
plywood is resting across the whole jack (not just the pad), at which time
you get rid of the helper jack and pull the mess out.
