Measure the offset.  Late T3 (and late Ghia) is 46mm.  Bug is either 34mm or
40mm (I don't remember offhand).  All of the above are 15x4.5J.

There *might* be a ET46 marking... been awhile since I looked very hard at
ol' steel rims :-).
