Hello- > of previous discussions about t3 rims, but I could not find if anything had been resolved. I have a 68 > and I want to powdercoat the rims, but was unable to find any offset stamp as described in the posts > above. Is there any other way to tell between t3 rims and beetle rims? Thanks. Measure the offset. Late T3 (and late Ghia) is 46mm. Bug is either 34mm or 40mm (I don't remember offhand). All of the above are 15x4.5J. There *might* be a ET46 marking... been awhile since I looked very hard at ol' steel rims :-).
