Only a heavy load option? My 68 type 1 has this, but that's not a heavy 
loading vehicle! I was under the understanding that the Z-bar was 
installed to try to control the movement of the two swing-axles a bit, 
as the swings could be a bit unreliable, in the right (or wrong) situations.
