I think you missed the earlier point, and that was to use loctite to keep the 
screws from falling out, as this will cause some serious sounding noises. 
There should be enough oil and grease spray in that area, that the little washers 
shouldn't rust out. I could see putting anti-seize on the exterior sheet 
metal screws, as these seem to always rust up.
