I just posted some pics of my new "toy" in case people have not seen them up close. These little models are pretty cool and very detailed. This one must be based on the German/European late model (70+), it is carburated, has side marker lights, low back seats, euro taillights etc. Its so detailed I can turn it over and get a good look at what my front beam parts look like. Cool! It also must have been based on care with a replacement muffler, it's the round canister type (unless they were stock in Europe?). I'm thinking about lowering it, maybe I can find a T4 engine to drop in it...haha! Pictures are at http://jasontsmith.tripod.com/type3/model/1.jpg just keep changing the file name using the numberal's 1-13 ie. 2.jpg, 3.jpg to view all the pics I took, I know its 'barbaric' but I have not had a chance to code a good page for the pics.
