	Do you mean it gets progressively worse as you pull away from the
stop?

	Or do you mean that the hesitation is progressively worse from one
stop sign to the next?


	My '69 AT, when it's kinda off-tune (especially points), will
oscillate between lower & higher revs at a stop.  If I push the gas pedal
to go at the "wrong" time during these oscillations, I can get it to stall
out, guaranteed.  It's just my signal that I'm overdue for a tune-up.

	Janina, do you have tools?  Have you adjusted the valves since the
new engine has been driven on a bit?  You really need to start with
adjusting the valves, point gap and timing.  You might want to then move
on to things like the voltage regulator tests, spark plug wire tests, etc.
