I have no idea what my wife will think of her first
ride in my Square. She's been real supportive, but she
really likes her new Subaru. Plus, there is a very
strange smell in the car. I don't know if it's rat pee
or what, but it's not good. The car had sat in a
basement for a while, then outside for a while and the
mice made a nice home of it. It's getting better, but
it hasn't helped that the car has been sitting in a
garage while I've been working on it. I think I'm
going to have to take a few (dozen) trips in it first
to make sure it airs out, not to mention doing a major
cleaning to the carpets to try to get the smell out.

Ah, the joy....

On another note, I finally got my engine back in
today. Why is it I have this overwhelming fear of
something going disasterously wrong when I finally get
everything hooked up and actually drive it?
