[T3] Fuel Pump?

<x-flowed>Well it happened again. Went to start the car, good crank-no start.
Crawled under, giggled the wires, tapped the FP, and it started right up.
Only seems to happen when sitting in sun for a long time, 9am-6pm.
Overnight is no problem.

I did notice that my FB is supported with a lot of plastic ties. Bently 
shows
a picture of an early pump. What should my fuel pump "mount" look like?
