I couldn't even see them, had > to feel around for > them. You *can* get them out, it's just difficult. What you need is the right sized extention + a jointed extention, and the socket. Most FLAPS carry the flex extention that will make changing the plugs possible. Still difficult, but possible. I got mine at Pep Boys and it came in a pack of three. Go to www.crafsman.com and do a search for "flex socket" and you'll find them.
