You're in danger if more than about 10mA (0.010 Amps) flows through you.  Your
coil can't store much energy so even at 30,000 Volts HT it can't produce that
much current flow through you, so it's very unlikely to be fatal unless you have
physiological problems.  Battery voltage is insignificant but you can get a
tingle if you wet your fingers and touch the terminals.   Even mains has a job
to kill a healthy person unless they have wet hands or their skin resistance is
lower than normal; it's still best avoided though!
