PerL=> I'm glad we never saw the type 3 => badged as something scary. On the other hand, there's a fertile bed for imagining here -- what look and features might a Type 3 Audi have had? I don't really know much about Audi, its market or even whether it was associated with VW in the Type 3 period. Might a cross-badging or Audi technology have helped boost production or performance?
