[T3] Any good books on rebuilding a type 3 motor?

Im picking up an extra motor mon. and I want to know
has anyone any good advice on literature. 
I've never built a complete motor before, but Im
positive its a task I can handle. I want to build like
a 1776 Driver motor, what will I need in aspect of
parts for this stock frozen motor.
