Sunday in Crystal Lake, IL. (50 min. NW of Chicago) is the Anderson Vintage VW show. Last year we had 6 T-3's in the show! Anderson is on Route 31, 2 miles North of Hwy 14. 1/2 mile North of Hwy 176. I will have a T-3 parts swap back at my house after the show (leaving show around 2:30-3pm) with some 'eats' and T-3 talk. We will take a good 20 min. back road route to 'caravan' between show and my house (alone the Fox River). I should have my still pieced together fastback at the show. Then my project car, is separated pan - body at home. I have the bottom and rear section of the pan POR-15'd. I still have small amount of rust repair and POR-15 to do on the body, then cut roof for Britax 30 x 30 sunroof, paint . etc. Come and see it. Had a friend tell me 'i have never seen a car, soon far apart!' Charles from LN engineering is coming up 2 plus hours to be there, hoping more can too! Let me know if you are hoping to make it.
