Jim, just to clarify: From your signature, you're dealing with a '73, which would be 12V. All cars 67+ are 12V. I also assume you are talking about the stock electric fan motor in the dash, not some kind of add-on blower for the heater boxes that the other poster was talking about. That blower you have came with 72 and 73 cars (I think). I can't help with the specifics of your question (my cars are older), but I know that the blower assembly is covered in the Bentley manual. You should own one for your car.
