Aye, like I said, I think it was my fault.

I'm in CA right now on "vacation" (i.e. always working, but 2000mi+ 
away from the office/shop :-).  All of these responses are through web 
e-mail.  And, I *used* to just browse though, click on a message, and 
use the back and forward buttons of the navigator (not the webpage) to 
move around.  Add to the mess that often times some pages come up as 
expired.  I likely went back and forward over a particular message a 
couple times, not even thinking or realizing that I could be causing a 
problem.

Now, when I want to read a message, I open a new window for it, close 
it when I'm done, and use back and forward on the window that NEVER 
sees messages or their replies :-).
