Is anyone farmiliar with how that little "clamp" (for lack of a better word) that splices the two cable ends, that operate the rear seat heat valves, comes undone? I'm trying to lubricate these valves and the cable moves freely from the lever by the e-brake, but after the "splice" it is stuck. I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I can't seem to see how they come apart. All I see is the two small holes in the "clamp" and I cannot see an allen screw or a standard screw.
