They also had separate sprayers with gas propellent cannisters to spray pre-mixed touch-up paint. It's easier than a full spray-kit and compressor but you wouldn't want to do more than a small area with it. There's a list of the L-codes on my website, with approximate colours. No purples though on Type 3s. Dave.
