I haven't checked tightness, but will do so this weekend. No sure answers, just a couple of suggestions: It's very hard to be sure which direction some sounds are coming from. Make sure it is the REAR by seeing if the E-brake does it also. If it is a front it may just be some rust on a rotor in front. Check for a cracked drum by removing the wheel and having someone press hard on the brake pedal while you examine the drum for a crack that the brake force spreads open. You'll have to inspect, release, rotate, press, inspect, release,.... Check the tightness of the 4 backing plate bolts on each side. Didn't you recently have at least one of these off to replace the seal? Check the torque of the hub nut: 225 ft-lbs. Check the torque of the wheel bolts: 95 ft-lbs. > Someone suggested a bad tire or rim. Well I got four new radials last > week, rotated the rim and no change.
