If it only happens while you're driving, then you should look at the area at the front of the rear wheel well. There are a number of metal panels that meet there in an irregular way and it often looks fine and appears to be covered in undercoating that is just slightly cracked. Those cracks go all the way thru because the metal underneath has all rusted away. Pick away the undercoating (it's NOT doing you any good) and look under there.
