<x-charset iso-8859-1>The sound clip 'sounds' like a normal engine. There's too much revving of the engine. There needs to be silence, start up, sustained idling (maybe 10 seconds), then a SUSTAINED rpm (maybe 2000rpm or 3000rpm) for several seconds (maybe 10 seconds). Revving simply complicates the diagnosis.
