[T3] August 1969 and July 1970 T3 fasty interchangability?

Hi there,

 

A friend of mine has a 1969 fasty he's breaking up for parts, and I need
a new rear engine lid and right door for my fasty. Does anyone know if
that'll work? He has different front indicators to me, and I have
slightly different mechanicals than he does.
