[T3] Timer Clock for Gas Heater

<x-charset iso-8859-1>I recently acquired a T3 clock dated 1970 that has a gas heater timer built
into the clock.  Where ordinarily the center of the clock is a grey circle
this one has a cool-looking 24 hr timer!  The part # is 311 919 203C.  I
know another listee has one, also from 1970.  Can anyone provide a bit more
info on these clocks?  Were they available only for the 71 model year?
