<x-charset iso-8859-1>Well, if they are the mechanical type (except for the volt meter) then they
won't care, however, I don't know if they make after market mechanical
guages for oil temp with long enough capilary lead to reach all the way to
the back (shoot me here but I'm new to the VW stuff so there may well be
some out there).
If they use an electrical sender, then I believe that they will make a
difference.
