the nice thing about the internet is all legal action is based on the country that houses the server that the website is based on. but a country can make it illegal to view or block foriegn websites if they want to(i.e. looking at kiddie porn in the US will land you in jail even though almost all of the servers are in countries with very lax pornography laws -- and china blocks its citizens from viewing all "non-approved" websites). so what can happen. if these VW websites were to move to a foreign country the US courts can order ISPs to block these sites if a VWoA copyright lawyer can convince them that it is a good idea.
