No need to move the dist that little bit. Just line up on the pulley mark, 
making sure you understand what things you are lining up. Then adjust the 
#1 valves. After that you'll move the crank 180 deg at a time (while the dist 
moves 90 deg) and move on to #4, #3, and #2.
