<x-charset iso-8859-1>There's no problem in using Fahrenheit or Celsius scales, particularly when quoting the other; it's the pints, quarts and gallons that need specifying as US or Imp. I still can't understand why those pilgrim fathers had to change the volume measures - I reckon they just forgot to pack them! Maybe they were the brewers and saw a way to cut down on the ale consumed by having smaller pints, or make more out of the later colonists. Dave.
