Folks, Our Web host is making some service changes, including a change of mailing list software. These changes are scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday next week. I was a bit frightened at first, since I've got a number of customizations set up for the current list. However, after a quick look through the configuration options for the new software, it seems that many of the customizations that I had to do by hand on the old list are available (and more easily accessible) with the new software. I've only just received the announcement, so I'll need a little bit of time to look over every detail. I will keep the list informed of any changes that would affect subscription procedures or postings. In general, with a big change like this, there's bound to be *something* that goes a little wrong; even if it goes perfectly, the new software is just plain different, so we might have to adjust and wiggle.
