Bentley doesn't give a static timing, but it should come out between 0TDC
and 5BTDC(per Jim A.) statically.  I tested this on mine by timing
dynamically then checking the static mark, it was 0TDC.  It has worked out
fine for me.

This is where I have mine since I don't have my CSV connected anyway.
