<x-charset iso-8859-1>1. Put them in the freezer overnight. This makes installation easier. 2. Inspect the disc where the race will be installed for burrs or damage and repair if necessary. 3. Lubricate the mating surfaces with a little grease. 4. Using a bushing driver of the correct size, drive them in until they are seated. Make sure the race does not "cock" while driving it in.
