<x-charset iso-8859-1>There doesn't seem to be an alternative for handbrake grip or button for any model of Type 3. The grip is held in place by a plastic spring clip. The button fits the end of the ratchet release rod. I don't think I'm going nuts, but there could be Type 34 that weren't the same I guess. The grip can sometimes work forward (if the clip isn't effective I assume) - or maybe that's on my son's Polo! Dave.
