I use it in my boxes, though I am switching one to > Amsoil synthetic, and have to use it with my factory stock ZF limited slip diff. My Pennzoil distributor backs it up. He carrys both GL-4 and GL-5 and has no reason to push me in one direction over the other. I believe the Bentley manual does also, but it may just mention the old Mil-L 2105B spec, which is now obsolete. I haven't heard any horror stories, nor have I seen any damage. I did know one guy with a BMW w/MT which got the wrong fluid and it made it hard to shift. He didn't know what was wrong and I don't know what the "wrong" fluid was. - ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ------------------------------------------------------------------- List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list or mailto:help@vwtype3.org
