I think Jim's right on the money... time to rebuild the Master.  One thing
to note.. even if the brakes are fine, if for some reason you open the
hydraulics and push the pedal to the floor... the seals and pistons enter a
zone of master that they have not been in in many years... there is often
rust and dirt there and it can cause the master to fail right then and there
or act up later.  Always be ready for more work if your pedal hasnt been to
the floor lately!
