The 111 is the light with test button as used 68-71.

The 113 is the light with automatic test (light comes on automatically when 
you turn the key ON, until the engine starts) as used 72-3.

I think all VWs (German made type 1,2,3,4) used these same 2 indicators in 
the same years, although they were probably not used at all in some 
markets, where they were not required.
