What do I do? This is not a stuck valve and it is not very serious, but you DO have to free it up. I can usually get these loose with a BIG screwdriver. You want to really fill the screwdriver slot. If it won't free up you may have to replace the rocker and screw. I have good used ones. You COULD try removing it and heating the rocker a bit, but you must not heat it much.
