[T3] electical snafu

<x-flowed>the new square ran flawlessly on the trip from crescent city, ca to myrtle 
creek, or on saturday.  then, the gremlins showed up yesterday.  suddenly 
the volt meter is only reading at 8v or less and the battery is so drained 
that the starter won't even click.  so i charged the battery up for long 
enought o start the car.  can't get the voltage over 8 and the battery 
drained again.  grrrrr
