	A quick thing to check -- I have had one end of the bail(?) 
come out of its mounting/pivot hole.  There can still be tension on 
the bail when this happens, and the cover will sit in place, but it's 
not really on tightly.  Might be worth a look to make sure that it's 
sitting nicely in the holes on each side of the head.
