I have never heard of a sealer for your starter before. I think your best
bet is to just clean everything out while the starter is appart, test it,
and put it back in as is. Just recently I had the same problem where the
starter wouldn't want to work when it was hot. Make sure the ground cable
from the battery to the chassis is clean. Try connecting a jumper cable
directly from the battery ground to the starter (I just hooked it up to the
nut that secures it to the tranny). The results were so good for me that I
hooked up a ground cable to the starter perminently.
