<x-charset iso-8859-1>I didn't think it would be brake fluid because it was so far away from the wheels... closer to center. I also smelled it outside, and thought maybe I could smell gas, but not really sure since my whole car smells like rich exhaust right now. The line of fluid also continued after I stopped applying the brakes. I checked it out right after I sent that message and in the 10 minutes time it has almost completely dried/evaporated. I've driven the car way too much for it to have been trapped water. I would also think it would have come out in a big batch, followed by the dripping. Not the case here, it looks like it was a steady drip, and it existed before I stopped, just farther apart. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Drake ." <vw_type3@hotmail.com> To: <type3@vwtype3.org> Sent: Tuesday, April 30, 2002 1:04 PM Subject: Re: [T3] Fuel or what? > >As I pulled into my parking spot at work (pulled past it, then backed > >into...... > > After applying the brakes to come to a halt ill wager.
