I'd check the spacing between the mounting holes for the little bolt-
in parts. If they are the same then just reuse the little bits and 
refinish the big parts. If the spacing is different, you will have to 
braze in new nuts for the bolts after you cut away the hole.

OTOH, I have good black refinished FI sheet tin which is almost 
exactly the same as the 67 dual carb tin.
