I was just looking at that Yellow Squareback on ebay that has been on the discussion tip lately, and i noticed two things that look odd to me. First is that the wiring that comes off of the positive side of the battery does not look like the original wiring. Should the wire leading to the starter be blue? On my 71, i had the original wires coming off of the battery and that wire was black. Also the pedal pads seem to quite worn for only having 2,800 miles on the car. Seems sort of odd to me. Just my 2 cents. later, jesse 71 fi squareback Ps. On my way to work today, as i was coming into Baltimore i saw a beautiful white squareback going the other way.
