Yup, youi have the dreaded mis-matched parts problem. Stick a good vacumn
advance dizzy back in it and the flat spot should disappear. Your engine
wants advance off idle that the vac.dizzy will give it and the 009 won't.
009s work well with different carbs other than stock.
