Probably not, there is no way for it to get loose unless something is wrong, my guess is that the solder seam on the bellows gave out and it became a 2 peice unit that is now unsealed. Why do you think its lean? how can you tell? check your sensors or get a good pressure sensor on there. Trying to fix it by adjusting something out of spec will create other problems and wont work.
