I think you'll find they made RHD all the time they made LHD. Back in '61,
'62 there would have been quite a good market for RHD with the Swedes as
well as us Brits, plus Australia, South Africa and probably all manner of
places that Simon could tell us about. This means that all the L/H mirrors
you have also exist in a R/H style as well.
