SV: [T3] Oil cooler

<x-charset ISO-8859-1>If you plan to re-use your original oil cooler - don't forget to clean it
out thoroughly with solvent and compressed air. Unhealthy gunk and particles
can reside inside it, and later come loose and ruin your new engine.
Happened to me once ... :-(

i am in the middle of a rebuild so i must ask:

is there any advantage to using the later cooler with the larger openings?
i have a '67 and i suppose the cooler is original, but my case will be a
brand new case. i'll have to use the adapter seals. would the larger holes
provide any heightened flow or cooling?

thanks,
