[T3] putting door seals on

<x-charset iso-8859-1>okay veterans....I'm soliciting advice for putting new door seals on.
Pointers, etc.  It seems that the doors are very uneager to close once the
seals are on the doors.   I imagine they need to be worked in a bit.  

What do I gotta do, just glue them puppies and and slam the doors shut?
